Depending upon your rental location, there are extra options available to make your trip safer and more comfortable. Rentofit provides you infant/baby/child seats as extra options. You may book one during your online car rental booking.
You need to be at least 22 years old and your driver lisence age should be 3 years old.
Yes. You may see rental locations options during your online booking. There are locations where we provide it. If you do not see an option, please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org so that we try to find a solution for you.
Your booking confirmation voucher will be sent to your email address. Please check your email address for confirmation your reservation.
You may change your booking 24 hours before pick up. You may use our website rentofit.com for your booking changes or you may call our call center.
You can cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your reservation time.
You will see car rental pick-up location and address on your booking confirmation e-mail (voucher). There is also a contact information in your voucher. You will be called before your pick up and an appropriate meeting point will be agreed. If you are picking up from our airport offices (that is also specified in voucher), then you need to go to the office to pick up your car.
You may get your car at your hotel, home or offic address. To be able to specify the pickup or drop off address, you need to click to the "I would like to pick up at my address" and/or "I would like to drop off at my address".
You need to provide a valid international driver's licence and a valid credit card during pick up.If there is/are any other driver/drivers they need to have same documents for renting.

Rentofit.com's rates do not include the cost of fuel. You need to bring back the car at least with fuel provided to you during pick up. If you bring the car with less fuel, you will be charged for the missing part based on our policy. If you bring back the car with more fuel, there is no charge-back for unused fuel.
If you specified it during your booking, an additional driver with a valid driving license may drive the car.
If you rent a car to travel in Turkey you can only drive the car in Turkey.
Firstly, please ensure that you are safe and away from the traffic.Please do not move the car.If there is an injury call an ambulance (Call 112 in Turkey). If there is no injury, please call traffic police (Call 155 in Turkey) and complete the accident form. You will find the accident report in the glove box. In some cases, you may need to get an alcohol-free report from the nearest hospital or health center.You should then call your customer representative , he/she will help you as soon as possible.
Please call Rentofit call center (+90 444 34 86).Don't leave your vehicle and wait in for the repair team.Road assistance team will be there as soon as possible.If the repairing process is longer than expected, rental car will be replaced by a new one.
You need to bring the car to the specified drop off address. Our colleague will be waiting for you at the drop off address.
You may return the car before the drop off date/time. When you bring the car early then the specified time, there is no refund. You may like to extend the car rental time. To be able to extend it, you need to contact us via email@example.com or +90 444 34 86 call center and specify your request.
Rental Cars have Toll Magnetic Stickers (HGS/OGS) on them. The charge policy is ''pay only for what you use''.During drop off, you will be asked to pay only the amount that you have used for OGS.
